I researched it a bit from the links provided and it says that because I did the official HTC Rogers update (I'm still on cupcake though) the rooting process doesn't work. Is someone working on a way to root the phone (32A) even when it has the official HTC/Rogers update applied? I tried rooting my Rogers HTC Magic yesterday and I got the “failed” error when I was applying the backup.
