So Verizon has launched the Motorola Droid’s promo site a little early. Here are the specs listed:

  • 3.7″ 480×854 resolution touchscreen
  • 5.0MP camera with dual flash
  • 550mhz processor
  • Bluetooth, Wifi, and 16GB microsd included

    this phone looks like a monster and to top it off its gonna have android 2.0 why is tmobile always so far behind at getting phones like this this phone and the htc hero should of been exclusive to tmobile

      Hello Phil,

      The only thing I can think of for why T-Mobile takes forever are two things:
      1. Their purchasing staff is slacking.
      2. Most phones are bid on, and T-Mobile has less money than AT&T and Verizon.

    thanks for the info can i ask something i have a mytouch 3g and i am thinking of switching to a iphone 3gs do you think it worth it

      Hello Phil,

      Id rather have an Android device on TMo than an iPhone. If you want my opinion on why, post your question in the forum and ill give you the long answer why (just dont want to clog these comment sections anymore than we already have).

    Ill tell you why TM is behind. They make stupid decisions. They could have already been out with a phone exactly like the HERO. I’m talking about the MyTouch VS Magic. Everyone will soon be so pissed about having a MyTouch and then finding out they could have went with the Magic. I think that alone is going to come back and bite TM hard in the a$$…
