Now, if these rumors are true, this might be the next Android phone to beat…

4.3″ Capacitive Screen (854 x 480 pixels)
HDMI Port
8MP Camera (capable of 1080P Recording)
QWERTY Keyboard
Android 2.1 OR HIGHER (maybe Froyo?)

Here are the pics floating around the internet:

So the rumor is that this could also be the Nexus Two (or whatever they will call it). Judging by the specs, it sure could be but time will tell.

Opinions on this bad boy?

I’m sure this is a dumb question as i’m sure it would have been posted if it was known but is there any speculation as to what CPU or carrier? Are we assuming they’d stick with the OMAP 3430 or something else?

    thing is fuglier than sin.

Looks like a Droid 2.0, not as butt ugly edition.

  4. Diego! Says:

I like this phone, but I’ll wait for the keyboardless version of it. No qwerty keyboard for me, thanks.

Is the screen AMOLED? Does anyone know?

This looks like a a driod 1.2 with some special features for those who want them. But i wouldnt spend a dime more personally for a wrist band and a white on red color. Who knows maybe ths could be put onto another carrier and make it new for someone. Or give it to those of version.

  6. Phix Scene Says:

Change the white/gray to black and promise the landscape touch keyboard will still work, and I’d buy it.

  7. KID Says:

I’d pay extra for the HDMI and USB connections. Cousin’s outside of US have these features already.
Plus I love the keyboard. I run emulators on my phone to pass time on the train and I hate using the onscreen controls. I’d rather have a physical keyboard so as not to loose screen real estate in whatever game or app I’m using.
