What you see is Android 1.6... If you are comparing A2.1 vs A1.6... Anybody will tell you A1.6 looks ugly... But that is comparing a 6 month old orange with a 1 month old orange... One is old and beat up.. And the other is fresh and smells devine... The Dell Mini 5 has been confirm to be release with A2.X (Which ever version does full on Adobe Flash...) Not sure what info you're going by, but it's a contracted phone for T-Mobile at $179 for a 2-year deal. It's also an unlocked GSM for any provider, but no one but T-Mobile is subsidizing it yet.
