If you are techno-savvy then it's not an issue, but if you aren't, you are risking bricking your phone and voiding warranties, etc. If you prefer to have sense ui, go with the incredible. If you like stock android, go with the N1. Also need to wait and see what kind of support will be available for the N1 from VZ.
