ASUS Eee Pad MeMo Brings a Capacitive Stylus to the Tablet Party

So tons of tablets are being announced at CES this week, but here’s one that at least has a differentiator; a pen.

ASUS is launching a 7″, 1024×600 pixel, tablet running Android 3.0 (according to ASUS) with a 1.2Ghz dual core processor and dual cameras (VGA in front, 5.0MP in the rear). The tablet will also come with a large capacitive stylus and two apps to go along with it; MediaNote and Painter. MediaNote is pictured above and is a scrapbooking / note taking app while Painter is a pressure sensitive painting app (if you push down harder with the stylus the lines you draw become darker, bolder, etc. like a real pencil).

So artists, you have a new tablet to look forward to, no?
