T-Mobile LG G-Slate Officially Announced, Specs and All

Well, it would seem T-Mobile has finally let the cat out of the bag. The new, highly anticipated, LG G-Slate, an Android 3.0 tablet, has been officially announced by T-Mobile this morning. It would also seem that the rumors about it being very 3D oriented were correct.

The G-Slate will have the following specs:

Run Android 3.0 aka Honeycomb
8.9″ 3D capable display (yes, glasses are required)
Stereoscopic video cameras on the back to record video in 3D, as well as a 5.0MP regular camera for still images and a 2.0MP camera on the front for video calling
HSPA+ capable (no word whether it’s 14.4mbps HSPA+ or the new 21mbps HSPA+ T-Mobile’s been teasing)
Dual core 1 Ghz NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor
32Gbs of on board storage (which it’ll need for recording things in 3D for sure)

LG and T-Mobile have also disclosed that it will be available in Spring of 2011 (but according to T-MoNews that’ll be more accurately around March 23rd).
Who’s excited for a 3D touting, HSPA+, decent sized Honeycomb tablet? Yeah, me too…
