So according to an XDA member, he found the HTC Thunderbolt source code available for download on HTC’s developer site. This is great news for developers as it gives them access to everything they need to better their development on making custom ROMs, custom kernels, and even porting ROMs to different devices. Let the custom ROMs commence!
