WiFi-only Motorola Xoom now available in Canada

Motorola’s take on the Android tablet, the Xoom, is now available in Canada.  The WiFi-only device is ready for purchase online from Best Buy and Future Shop and across stores in the country.  You should already know what the Xoom is made of but just in case:

  • 1GHz dual-core processor
  • 1GB RAM
  • 10.1-inch Widescreen HD display
  • 5-megapixel rear camera with a 2MP front-facing camera for video chat
  • Android 3.0 Honeycomb operating system
  • WiFi, Bluetooth and HDMI-out for connectivity

You’ll need to put down $599.99 to take the Motorola Xoom WiFi home but if you are waiting for the 3G+WiFi version, get ready to shell out as much as $800.
