Unlocked HTC Sensation slowly getting the Android 2.3.4 update

HTC is now pushing out the Android 2.3.4 update for its flagship phone, the Sensation.  The update is currently on its way over the air to unbranded Sensation in Germany users as of now but it should make its way to the European/Asian markets later on.  Weighing in at 41MB, the Gingerbread 2.3.4 update will bump the version number up to 1.45.401.2 and amongst the usual bug fixes and performance boosts embedded in the update, GTalk users will now have the option to video chat with their contacts using their front-facing camera.

As for carrier-locked versions, it might take a little more time before the providers are done tinkering and customizing it before rolling it out.
