For anyone still rocking the HTC Thunderbolt, this is your lucky day as a much needed update is finally available to squash some of those annoying bugs you’ve been dealing with. Update 2.11.605.9 brings Thunderbolt users improvements on the contact ringtone, notification volume, and local streaming playback. Users will also notice enhancements made to Exchange ActiveSync. Additionally, the clock app now appears in the app list, and the Twitter for Peep app has been revamped.

Even though it’s not quite the Ice Cream Sandwich update, we’ll take this in the meantime.
