Apple Files German Lawsuit Targets Samsung Galaxy S II and Nine Other Smartphones
Apple and Samsung are no strangers to the international patent war that waged on during 2011, and it looks like this year won’t be any different. Apple has recently filed a German patent infringement lawsuit aimed directly at the Samsung Galaxy S II smartphone and nine other Samsung manufactured smartphones.
The lawsuit was filed in Dusseldorf Regional Court, which is the exact same place that Apple chose to target the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 device in 2011.
