Now with The Coupons App for Android you can put all that behind you, as this app uses your location to provide you with all the available coupons and deals in your area.

How it works:
Once you download the app it will ask you to utilize your location. Allowing the app to use your location ensures that you will receive any current deals or promotions going on in your area. The home screen will display the day and date above a scroll bar of the app’s main categories. To browse different categories simply swipe left or right. Scrolling down the home screen will show you all of the deals going on right now in your area. Additional features are explained below:
- Cheapest Gas: Displays name, location, and current pump price. Tap on “Navigate Here” to get turn by turn map directions.
- Local deals near you: This feature loads all the local deals for the day. Deal description includes a deal image, short description, summary of the deal, and a map of the business location.
- Alphabetical: Allows you to sort content A-Z
- Expiration: Allows you to order content by expiration date (soonest appears first)
- Food: Allows you to filter by restaurants and consumables
- Stores: Allows you to filter by retail and merchandise
- Search: Allows you to search deals by keyword
- Show all coupons: Displays a feed of all deals
Conclusion:
The Coupons App is the perfect companion for the bargain hunter. The great feature of this app is that you don’t have to print or clip out paper coupons anymore. Once you have selected a deal simply show the code to the cashier to redeem the deal. I love that The Coupons App comes with a search function and a widget for your home screen. For true coupon junkies, the widget allows you to see deals instantly as they are updated throughout the day. I was able to easily share good deals with my friends through the app’s sharing capabilities which is helpful when you are trying to spread the wealth of a good deal. The Coupon App’s interface is simple and easy to navigate throughout without much distraction from the paid advertisements.
