  1. No the unlock tool works by calling a command that blows a Qfuse in the bootloader. Once it is unlocked, there is no way at all to relock

  2. Any idea how to blow the Qfuse in the bootloader? I have been back and forth with ASUS on this matter. The unlocker will not work (both versions). I emailed back and forth and they finally said that they had given my TF300T “premission” to unlock. HA, what a laugh, it still will not work. I have looked high and low here, XDA, lilipute, wkikroot etc. and nobody has an answer for me. It used to run well, but with various OTA’s it is a dog even though it has the same guts as my Nexus 7 that runs great. I would like to flash custom ROM’s such as the one’s you have here, but until I can unlock her, she is a hanger queen. Please help.
