New Google Services App Now Available With Release of Google Play Services v3.0

Thanks to the release of the new Google Play Services v3.0 Android users now have access to a new app that aims at helping you control all of your account settings. After launching Google Settings you’ll see a pop-up window that allows you to choose the settings for Google+, Maps, Search settings, and turn Google AdMob Ads on and off.

This app can be found under “Google Play services” in your settings menu, so if you don’t see it in your app drawer yet, clear the data through your app settings menu and this should cause the app to appear.

In case you missed Google’s announcement this morning, Google Play Services is a platform that aims at offering you better integration with Google products, and providing new capabilities to use within your apps. Today Google Play services v3.0 was released, which includes new features like Google+ Sign-In and Google Maps Android API improvements.
