HTC One With Stock Android Available June 26th for $599, T-Mobile and AT&T Ready

During D11 this morning, Google’s Sundar Pichai confirmed that there is indeed a stock Android 4.2.2 version of the HTC One coming. The device will ship completely unlocked and will be compatible for T-Mobile and AT&T networks. Interested consumers can prepare themselves now to shell out $599 for the pure device and can look for it to hit the Google Play Store June 26th.

This stock Android device will come SIM-unlocked, with an unlocked bootloader and 32GB storage. In regards to radios, it will offer quadband LTE (700/850/AWS/1900), triband HSPA+ (850/1900/2100) and quadband GSM/EDGE. What this translates into is that T-Mobile users will enjoy LTE and EDGE, but will not be able to use AWS on the 3G side.

While this is a stock experience don’t expect the Sense-specific features like BlinkFeed, Zoe, Beats Audio and others to be included. These perks just aren’t made to run on vanilla flavored Android. The upside is that HTC is giving consumers a choice and for that we are thankful.
