How to Unroot the Alcatel One Touch T’Pop OT-4010A

Need to send in your device for warranty reasons? Make sure you unroot it first to reinstate its warranty and make it service center friendly. Unrooting your Alcatel One Touch T’Pop OT-4010A is as easy as pie and here’s how you can do that:

I. Before You Begin:

1. You should have rooted your device using the procedure given here.

2. Make sure your device has at least 30% battery life left.

II. Downloading Required Files:

Download the Unroot APK and save it to your desktop.

1. Unroot APK (Download link’s available in the first post)

III. Unrooting the Alcatel One Touch T’Pop OT-4010A:

1. Connect your device to your PC using the USB cable.

2. Copy the APK file over to the root of your SD card.

3. Once it’s been copied, disconnect your device from your PC.

4. Open the File Manager app on your device and install the APK you just copied to your device.

5. Once the app’s been installed, open it from your App Drawer.

6. Hit Unroot button in the app and it should start unrooting your device.

7. You should now be unrooted!

Awesome! Your device’s been successfully unrooted and now has its warranty reinstated!
