How to Add Previews When Swiping Between Message Threads in iOS 7 (Video)

Thanks to this handy, free jailbreak tweak from the Cydia store, you can add some fun swiping effects to your message threads. Swipe between each thread and have a message preview popup as well as other little tweaks. Check it out:

I. Jailbreak your iPhone/iPad

1. To do this procedure you must be jailbroken. If you aren’t, you can head to our How to Jailbreak iOS 7.1.2 (the latest version at the time of writing this). Once done with that procedure and you have Cydia installed, head back here to continue.

II. Install MessageSwiper7

1. Open Cydia.

2. Tap Search in the bottom right corner.

3. Type in MessageSwiper7.

4. Tap on MessageSwiper7 when it shows up.

5. Tap Install at the top right.

8. Tap Restart.

III. Use MessageSwiper7

1. Go to Settings > MessageSwiper7.

2. Set Enable to On.

3. Change the other options as you see fit based on your preferences.

4. Head to the messaging app and begin swiping to get between messages!
