Correct, BUT please check with the developer of the ROM to see if he mentions specifically which phone works or does not work with their ROM.

Just want to verify…the “Touch Diamond 2″. Here in the US, this is the same phone known as the HTC Pure or the project name on xda “Topaz”, is that correct?

Hi guys i live in australia and using telstra with the supplied touch diamond 2, has wm6.5 and touchflo 2.1 installed out of box. just wondering if anyone knows if any of these roms will work on this phone with telstra next g network??? btw on the htc site i can find the download link for my phone for the upgrade to 6.5wm but it asks for my serial number to download the rom but it comes up saying my phone is not supported for this rom? i just wanted this rom incase i bricked my phone lol… thanks guys.

Do not use the GSM files. You need to use the search at the top of the page for Sprint Touch Pro 2 ROMs and one should come up with the HardSPL and Radio links it requires.

my touch pro 2 is for verizon but also can be unlock and use with Tmobile (simcard) so is it CDMA or GMS? cuz i cant find the HARDSPL for CDMA version?
