Well, while we do believe searching a bit is the best possible way to get help, we wanted to make it a bit easier for you…That is why we created our Support Custom Search, powered by Google.
It only searches SPECIFIC sites we know that will have the answers to your questions and issues, this way you can get an answer that is more specific to your issue, much faster!Use this Support Custom Search below BEFORE using the other support options below!
II. Technical Support Sections in the Forums

In an effort to try to minimize comments sections being overcrowded, we please ask that you now ask you questions in the appropriate Technical Support section of the Forums. Please also put the issue you are having in the Title so others with the same issue can find your post and whatever solution was achieved.
IV. Â Internet/MMS Settings
Internet not connecting? Can’t send/receive picture messages? Everything else working ok?
You probably need to input your Internet/MMS settings into your phone. This is a normal thing for unlocked phones and can also happen when you use a ROM intended for multiple countries.
Easy to fix though, just go into the Settings of your phone and input your carrier’s APN and MMS settings.
