Well, the floodgates are slowly opening and more and more info about the “Google Phone” is being leaked out.

So the latest gossip is that it is a rebranded HTC Passion* (which we suspected it would be. Essentially an HTC Bravo with no HTC branding on it).
*Thanks for the correction guys,I meant the Passion 🙂

The specs are as follows (for now):

  • 3.7″ AMOLED Capacitive Screen
  • Android 2.1
  • 5.0MP Camera
  • 1GHz SnapDragon processor

    do u guys THINK this phone will be offered in diffrent colors..preferably black? i know noone would have an official answer i just wanted an opinion

      Knowing HTC, probably just one or two colors. If they do have options Black will be one of them for sure. HTC usually just goes Black or White.

    Few things that I really hope that HTC would improve would be the screen resolution, the camera and also the internal memory. The screen resolution meaning like the Iphone that is still clear under the sun. and also the camera. although it is a 5megapix but the image is quite disappointing. I know they concentrate mostly on the performance, but it would be nice to make the screen res and the camera much better. And also the internal memory of 1 or 2gb would be sufficient enough. then we can choose whichever application we would like to install in the internal or external.
