An updated version of the ever popular Skype popped up on the Android Market housing a huge improvement. Skype now enables Android users the ability to enjoy two-way video calling on a wider range of Android handsets, versus the original four devices it was first released to.

Curious if your handset is now compatible? Keep in mind your device has to run Gingerbread as Froyo will only enable your rear camera, which may make for an awkward video chat session. However, if your device made the cut hop over to the Android Market to get the latest Skype version here.       No kidding… A dual-core 4G that you can’t video-skype on? I know it’s just a matter of time before the app is updated, but it’s frustrating none-the-less.
