How to Root the LG Optimus L3 II Dual E435

The LG Optimus L3 II Dual E435 is a dual-SIM smartphone and runs Google’s Android operating system on-board. The phone’s been in discussion in various boards because of the incompatibility with some of the well known root methods out there. With no luck with root using all of these methods, an XDA user found something that interested everybody having this device. According to the user, he’s found a working root method for the device that actually roots device and installs Superuser app on the device. So if you’re interested in giving this method a shot, below is what you’ll need to do:

I. Before You Begin:

1. This will void the warranty of your device. However, you can reinstate the warranty by unrooting your device if there’s any unrooting procedure available.

2. You must have appropriate drivers installed on your PC. If you don’t, download them from here.

II. Downloading Required Files:

1. KDZ Tool (Download link’s given in the fifth post)

2. KDZ Firmware (Download link’s given in the fifth post)

3. Framaroot (Download link’s given in the fifth post)

III. Rooting the LG Optimus L3 II Dual E435:

1. Place all three files you downloaded to your Desktop.

2. Extract files from all the archives you downloaded to your Desktop.

3. Turn OFF your device.

4. Connect your device to your PC via USB cable.

5. Press and hold the Volume DOWN+Power buttons together to get your device into Download mode.

6. Double-click on the KDZ executable file and it’ll launch.

7. In the tool, change options to 3GQCT and DIAG.

8. Browser to the KDZ Firmware you downloaded and select it for flashing.

9. Start the flashing process and wait for it to finish.

10. Once the process is done, reboot your device.

11. Now copy the Framaroot APK over to the root of your SD card.

12. Install the APK on your device.

13. Once the app’s been installed, launch it from your App Drawer.

14. In the app, select Superuser>>Gandalf and it’ll do the rest of the job for you.

15. You should be rooted now!

Awesome! Your device has been successfully rooted and you now have the freedom to do everything you want on your device!

      After the process, when the mobile starts, appears so many bugs. I recorery my mobile with a LG firmware but the root continue blockes. Excuse my english. Im from Brazil. Tks!

    1. This is the only root method we’ve been able to find for this device. If any other method comes up, we’ll be sure to let you guys know.
