How to Root the ZTE Racer

I. Before You Begin:

1. This will void the warranty of your device. However, you can reinstate the warranty by unrooting your device if there’s any unrooting procedure available.

2. This should work on Windows based PCs only.

II. Downloading Required Files:

1. Unlock Root (Download link’s given in the first post)

III. Rooting the ZTE Racer:

1. Download and place the Unlock Root tool on your Desktop.

2. Enable the USB debugging option on your device by heading to Menu>>Settings>>Applications>>Development>>USB debugging.

3. Plug in your device to your PC using the USB cable.

4. Double-click on the Unlock Root executable file and it’ll launch.

5. Click on Root button in the tool and it’ll start rooting your device.

6. It should take a couple of minutes to root your device.

7. Reboot your device once it’s been rooted.

8. You’re all done!
