This didn’t exactly work for me, though it was a start. I have an HTC One and to get it to work, I had to create a nearly empty APN adding just the “name” and nothing else; then saved it and it started working. When I tried to add an APN with the settings mentioned above, my phone would let me save it, but the newly created apn didn’t show up in the APN list.
