How to Setup Apple Pay in iOS 8.1

With the announcement of the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus Apple also introduced us to their play in the mobile payment space aptly titled Apple Pay.  Now with the release of iOS 8.1 we can finally use our iPhones to pay for things.  Just like Google Wallet, using an iPhone 6 and Apple Pay is a contact-less payment system, meaning you hold your phone up to a terminal in the store to pay, nothing needing to be swiped like a credit card.
