How to Move Multiple Icons at Once in iOS 7 (Video)
If you have a lot of apps on your iPhone or iPad and really are feeling the urge to organize them a bit but won’t attempt it because you know that means moving them one at a time, you’re in luck. A neat, inexpensive jailbreak tweak allows you to move multiple apps at once by selecting multiple apps and adding a check to each. Then move on and the rest follow. Here’s how to move multiple icons at once in iOS 7.
I. Jailbreak your iPhone/iPad
To do this procedure you must be jailbroken. If you aren’t, you can head to our Jailbreak How To’s section and pick the jailbreak for your version of iOS (currently at the time of writing this is 7.0.4). Once done with that procedure and you have Cydia installed, head back here to continue.
*Don’t be scared, it’s easy to unjailbreak your device.
II. Install MultiIconMover+
1. Open Cydia.
2. Tap Search in the bottom right corner.
3. Type in MultiIconMover+.
4. Tap on MultiIconMover+ when it shows up.
5. Tap Purchase at the top right and follow the prompts to login and purchase using your preferred method.
6. Tap Close when you’ve paid.
7. Tap Install where Purchase used to be.
8. Tap Restart.
III. Use MultiIconMover+
1. No configuration necessary. Just hold down on an app icon until they all wiggle.
2. Tap the icon again to put a check mark on it.
3. Then tap all the other apps you want to move at the same time to give them check marks as well.
4. Hold on any of those checked apps, drag it to where you want it and let go.
5. Tap the home button once to move them all there.
6. Tap the home button again to stop the wiggling.
