Excellent Rom. I appreciate you sharing it with us.
Easily the best ROM for the Vibrant. Very stable 2.2 Froyo with lots of great features. Use LauncherPro that comes with it, the Market looks great and is very fast and stable. Highly recommended!!!
Will this ROM work with the FFC?
does this work for the fascinate
This rom worked great for a while. I turned off my phone then turned it back on and now its stuck at the beginning and won’t load rom.
Nevermind, I’m an idiot. I deleted the update.zip and in locked me out. I used Odin to fix. The rom works great. Sorry for the scare.
is anyone else having issues pairing to bluetooths since the update? Mine also will not sync up to VUZE to rip videos onto device? Any suggestions?
OK – So I have decided to grow a pair and go for the glory by installing this ROM. The only two problems are that I cannot find a download link that works. I try http://devsforandroid.com/ip.board/index.php?/files/file/3-axura/ as listed on the download page, but get a connection error to that site. Is the site down? If so, can someone please guide me to a working link? The other problem is that I had previously rooted my phone using a method other than as described in the video by Austiclees here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCDsAHfoVwc Do I have to unRoot first and Re-Root using another method. Please, don’t laugh too hard at this question. I’m admittedly green at this, but am willing to try and ask stupid questions. Thank you in advance for your help.

Above, under “Download Links:”, the link will bring you to the XDA page for Axura. On that page, read up on all the information the dev has provided. If you scroll down to the disclaimer, there is a Download Click Here link just beneath it. The important file you need to download is AxuraXXXX.zip, where XXXX is whatever the latest version. The file should be about 170MB. Since your phone is already rooted, head over to the How To, to load a custom rom: https://theunlockr.com/2010/08/02/how-to-load-a-custom-rom-on-the-samsung-captivate-vibrant/
It’s so simple. It’s amazing what these devs have done. They’ve made rooting and loading custom roms so easy.

Works great, besides the fact that my email wouldn’t stay synced and taking calls through the headphone jack was ridiculously quiet. Also couldn’t get wireless tether to function on this rom.
Hands down best rom I’ve used, speed & battery are great.
will this work on galaxy s i9000?
been using this rom for a month and been very happy with it
