This was the first ROM I’ve ever used and it worked great. I’ve had some random reboots but otherwise it kicked the native 1.5 on my Cliq XT in the teeth. Great job.
For contacts my facebook contacts no longer show up
says blurless, or am I the psycho?

i can’t sink my facebook contacts either… i also am missing a few menu options in the contacts settings…. and an annoying glitch is that when i install and set up a live wallpaper it will save it for a few minutes to a few hours and revert back to the stock 2.1 back ground
bluetooth doesnt work and the usb sync doesnt work for my car
After the bad news from Motorola about abandoning the update for the Cliq XT, I decided to take matters into my own hand. I bit the bullet, rooted my phone and installed this ROM. At first, I had few hiccups. After restarting my phone it works great. I LOVE IT. These guys are great to help us when Motorola does not. I am now looking forward for the 2.2 and 2.3 updates.
Quick question: What does this ROM allow you to do? Does it basically give you 2.1?
My data isn’t working. Any suggestions.
You probably need to setup your APN. Google your carrier’s APN settings and put them in under Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Points > Click Menu then Add APN.
My Market isn’t showing up anywhere on my phone> what can I do?
Will this work on the WalMart Family Talk Cliq XT? and still have the phone work on their service?
