Hello,

I have a Sony Xperia Ray with Android IceCreamSandwich. I have unlocked my Bootloader, rooted, and installed Cwm with the X-Parts app. I tried many different Roms, but everytime I installed a rom, I got stuck at the Sony Logo. If that happens I flashed Android 4.0.4 with Flashtool back. Some Roms didn’t even installed.

What am I doing wrong?
Or can I flash roms like Jellybean with Flashtool?

  check what kernal are u using, u have to use the right kernal for any specific rom,
