Sprint Holds A Contest For Epic 4G Users

Sprint is holding a make a movie contest for Epic 4G users. The grand prize is $25,000 for a 30 second long video that is taken by a Samsung Epic 4G phone. The video needs to be uploaded straight to youtube at http://www.youtube.com/sprintepic Then fans will vote on their top 10 finalist. After that movie director Michael Bay will decided the 1st place video.

The top 10 finalists will win a 1 year worth of free movie tickets from Fandango while the 1st place winner will get $25k. All videos must be uploaded by 11:59 PDT on November 1st and voting will start the next day.

A few things that may help you out when you make your video is post a link to your video in the comment section and TheUnlockr Facebook site. Have some cool graphics and make it were anyone can relate to it because I wouldn’t doubt Sprint will use this on a commercial.

With this contest, consumers can be the director, producer and star of their own mini movie of epic proportions. The Sprint Epic Mini Movies campaign features a series of short movies that take stereotypical “epic” moments from various movie genres and puts a twist on those moments to highlight Samsung Epic 4G’s capabilities as a mobile entertainment device that is virtually unparalleled.
