Target to start selling iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4 from November 7th

And just in time for the holiday season too! Beginning November 7th, the iPhone 4 and its predecessor, iPhone 3GS will grace the shelves of Target’s 846 outlets across the country.  The store promises quick in-store activation and “expert support” (no, they won’t jailbreak it for you but we can help you with that).  Here’s what Mark Schindele, Senior Veep of Target Merchandising had to say,

At Target, we continue to offer our guests the best in electronics, so we’re happy to add iPhone to our Target Mobile offerings.  With expert support from Target Mobile specialists and in-store activation, our guests will be able to leave the store with a new, working iPhone3GS or iPhone4 in-hand.

So, there you have it, one more place to get the iPhone 3GS/iPhone 4 from.  Target also offers trade-in store credit for your dusty old media player/cellphone, so you might actually end up saving a bit if you get your next iPhone from them.
