Thanks to some clear images obtained by Droid-Life, we can now see what Motorola has in store for us in the form of the Droid 4. The images illustrate what appears to be an ultra-thin handset with a similar curved corner design as the recently unveiled RAZR. The device’s back design is also reminiscent of the Droid Bionic

From what we can gauge from the pictures, the Droid 4 looks to be a 4G LTE device with LapDock 100 and 500 compatibility. Additional specs appear to include a 4-inch display, full five row illuminated keyboard, 1080p HD video capture, HDMI out, and a front-facing camera. Unfortunately, no signs of Ice Cream Sandwich here, so it’s just Android 2.3.5 for now.

We’ll be on the lookout for additional Motorola Droid 4 details, as this Verizon device seems to promising to stay under wraps for long.
