Sprint Promo Offers Up To $100 Off Your Next Upgrade In Attempt To Retain Subscribers
Sprint is paying attention to its retention rates, as it plans to launch a limited promotion targeted at its subscribers who are likely to abandon ship. According to details obtained by SprintFeed, the Now Network plans to either email or direct mail targeted subscribers who have been identified as high risk of leaving the carrier. Those customers will then be offered a discount between $25 to $100 towards their next phone, granted the user is eligible for an upgrade. The only catch being that in order to take advantage of the discount, users will have to sign up for a two-year contract.
The promotion is expected to begin February 5th and run until March 18th.
