How to Make your Galaxy S I9000 to look like Galaxy S3

When a new phone gets launched, developers start their work to get the most useful things out of it. Same is the case with the new Samsung Galaxy S3, developers have succeeded to extract apps and widgets from it. Using these widgets, a new addon has been prepared for the Samsung Galaxy S I900 smartphone. It makes your Galaxy S I9000 to look like the newly launched Galaxy S3, follow the guide given below to install the addon on your phone.

I. Before You Begin:

1. You must be running on any custom ROM. This addon doesn’t work on the stock ROM.

2. You must have rooted as well as ClockworkMod Recovery installed on your phone. Please head to our how to root Samsung Galaxy S I9000 procedure first, finish it, then return to this procedure and continue.

3. Please charge your phone to at least 60% so it doesn’t turn OFF during the process.

II. Downloading Required Files:

1. Download the TWICS Addon from here.

III. Installing TWICS Addon on your Samsung Galaxy S I9000:

1. First, place the downloaded file on the Desktop of your PC. Do NOT extract files from it.

2. Connect your phone to your PC using the USB cable for the file transfer purpose.

3. Copy the Addon file to your phone’s SD card root folder.

4. Unplug your phone from the PC after the file has been successfully copied.

5. Turn OFF your smartphone using the Power button.

6. Reboot your smartphone into the ClockworkMod Recovery. You can do so by pressing and holding Volume UP+Home+Power buttons together.

7. From the options provided by the recovery, choose install zip from sdcard.

8. Select choose zip from sdcard option.

9. Browse to the Addon file you copied earlier to your phone and select it for flashing using the Power button.

10. It will take a few minutes to flash the file. When it is done, simply reboot your phone.
