Rumor: Insiders Claim Jelly Bean Update Headed to Galaxy S III ‘Soon’
Working in this industry you hear a lot of rumors, some you pay attention to while others you simply ignore. Here’s one that we’re hoping is spot on, but with all speculation take it with a grain of salt. According to Sammobile insiders, we could see the Jelly Bean update hit Galaxy S III devices as early as August or as late as September. While Samsung has yet to confirm an update time line for the Galaxy S III, we do know that Samsung is in the process of working out an Android 4.1 update schedule for its devices.
We have faith in Samsung and their TouchWiz operating system with its rich features and slick hardware that the GS III brings to the table. As July closes out, we’ll keep our eyes peeled on the growing rumor mill to give you the latest as it unfolds.
