Say your expecting an important call but then your phone dies. Or worse still, you lose it. How can you check your voicemail to make sure you can check if that call came through? Don’t panic, it’s actually pretty easy, here’s how.

I. Check Your Voicemail

1. Using someone else’s phone, call your own phone number.

2. When it goes to voicemail, push the * key on the keypad during the voicemail greeting.

3. You’ll be prompted for your voicemail pin code, enter it and then press the # button.

4. After that it will begin telling you about your new messages if you have any.
