Maybe you’re sending your device to the service center for any warranty purpose? Maybe you’re just sick and tired of root access and you don’t need it any longer? Either way, let us show you how you can unroot your Motorola Droid Pro smartphone. Unrooting your device is as easy as pie and you should be done within a few minutes. So let’s get started:

I. Before You Begin:

1. You should have rooted your device using the procedure given here. If you used any other method to root your device, then the following procedure may or may not work for you.

2. This should restore the warranty of your device.

II. Downloading Required Files:

1. z4Root APK (It’s attached in the first post)

III. Unrooting the Motorola Droid Pro:

1. Place the z4Root APK file on the Desktop of your PC.

2. Connect your device to your PC using the USB cable.

3. Copy the APK file over to the root of your SD card.

4. Once copied, unplug your device from your PC.

5. Open the File Manager app on your device and install the APK you just copied.

6. Once installed, launch it from your App Drawer.

7. Tap on Unroot option in the app and it’ll start unrooting your device.

8. Once it’s done, reboot your device.

9. And you’re unrooted now!

Excellent! Your device’s now back to its unrooted state and you won’t see the Superuser app any longer in your App Drawer. Now go ahead and uninstall all the root-only apps you’ve got on your device as they won’t work any longer!
