Facebook Comments Get Image Embeds
Are you bored of the same old Facebook comment threads? Well apparently the Facebook team was and decide to add in-line image embeds starting today. Currently the feature only supports static images for now, and not all Facebook users have the service just yet. Apparently the service is rolling out to users who have a camera icon appear in the comment response field.
Product engineer Bob Baldwin debuted the addition on his Facebook profile, where he said he built the image embedding “at a hackathon”. The functionality is rolling out on now on both the web and mobile versions of Facebook.
