HTC Vision New Specs?

So the old rumors might be dispelled with these new ones (or they could both be wrong and have some totally other features… oh, rumors). But regardless here are the latest rumors surround what seems to be HTC’s first high end Android phone with QWERTY keyboard (about time).

3.7″ Capacitive Touchscreen
1ghz Snapdragon Processor
Slide out 4 row QWERTY keyboard
Android 2.1 with HTC Sense

Might not be the killer specs we heard rumored a while ago, but still not too shabby. And for people waiting for a decent spec’d, physical keyboard toting Android device, this might be what you’ve been waiting for.
I personally would have liked Android 2.2 without Sense and a 5 row keyboard (like the Touch Pro 2), but at least its a step in the right direction.

What do you guys think?

  1. yaa I like 5 row keyboards way better too.. but I DO like sense.. and with a Snapdragon on it, maybe this phone is gonna be worth the money. Any news on what carrier it is going to be sold by?

      LBsk8aDDiCt,

I read somewhere online that its going to be fore T-Mobile.*Cheers*
But who knows HTC just might change their mind??

  2. I had been using HTC G1 and I love my phone every bit. Motorola milestone with its 600Mhz processor was not a big incentive for me to upgrade my phone. As I am a physical keyboard fan. I am all excited to hear about the HTC Vision as it seems to fit my wishlist perfectly.

    Cant wait for it.

  3. This might be my second phone even though it will be similar to the N1 that i have, or Htc Desire except for the keyboard which looks good. I am sold on the increased speeds it will bring( HSPA+), 1.5 Ghz snap dragon processor, hopefully 1Ghz ram n rom, hopefully more storage capacity, hope it comes w/ 8megcam w/ HD recording. I love the fact it won’t be too cumbersome in ur hand like the HD2 or Evo 4G…i think smartphone screens should range between 3.5 to 4.0 inches..fits n feels well in ur hand, unless u have giant paws then the 4.3 plus inches phones are for u. I will wait for it to come b4 deciding…but leaning twds it for now
