Even though Motorola left out the launch specifics for the Droid RAZR Maxx during this year’s CES event, we now have an exact date thanks to their website. Hopeful future owners of the latest add-on to the RAZR lineup can mark their calendars for January 26th for both Verizon and Motorola.
For anyone who missed the device’s unveiling, the Droid RAZR Maxx is extremely similar to the existing Droid RAZR, but sports a notably longer-lasting battery. The Maxx’s battery brags up to 21 hours of use on a charge, which is a welcome benefit. Additionally, the Droid RAZR Maxx offers up 32GB of storage instead of the standard 16GB that the Droid RAZR has. Be prepared to break out the wallet, as pricing for the Maxx does push out your budget a full $100 more than the standard Droid RAZR.
