Fans of Adobe Photoshop will be thrilled to learn that the popular tablet only app, Photoshop Touch, is now available for iOS and Android smartphones. For a reasonable price of $5.00 you can now edit your Instagram and Facebook pictures right from your smartphone. App features include:

Use popular Photoshop features, such as layers, selection tools, adjustments, and filters
Apply precise tone and color adjustments to your entire composition, a particular layer, or a select area.
Use painting effects and filter brushes to create unique effects
