How to Flash a Custom Recovery on the Asus Eee Pad Slider

Wish if you could install custom ROMs on your Asus Eee Pad Slider? Your wish has been fulfilled as a custom recovery has become available for your device allowing you to play around with your favorite custom ROMs. Besides flashing ROMs, you’ll also be able to backup your current ROM within a few taps, and then restore it whenever you feel so. So, here’s how you can flash a custom recovery on your Asus Eee Pad Slider:

I. Before You Begin:

1. You must have rooted your device before doing this procedure. Our guide on the same will help you do that.

2. This works on Windows based PCs only.

II. Downloading Required Files:

1. 1-Click Tool (Download link’s available in the first post)

III. Flashing a Custom Recovery on the Asus Eee Pad Slider:

1. Download and place the 1-Click Tool onto your Desktop.

2. Unzip files from the tool archive over to your Desktop.

3. Connect your device to your PC via USB cable.

4. Double-click on the tool’s executable file and it’ll launch.

5. Choose the third option that says Install CWM recovery.

6. Follow the on-screen instructions.

7. And you’re all set!

Brilliant! The CWM Recovery’s been successfully flashed on your Eee Pad Slider. Your device’s now all ready to be loaded with custom ROMs and Mods!
