Locket App Places Ads On Your Lock Screen, Get Paid To Unlock Your Android Device
We know that picture of your Mila Kunis on your lock screen brings a smirk to your face every time you unlock your Android phone, but is it making you money? Chances are it’s not. What if your lockscreen photo could actually put money in your bank account? Not a bad idea right? Well, now there’s an app that aims at doing just that. Say hello to Locket beta, an app that just launched in the Google Play Store, which places a limited selection of ads on your lock screen and then pays you one cent for each time you unlock.
The app is capped at $0.03 per hour and you can either put the money on a gift card or choose to donate the money to a charity. According to our math you you can earn $262.80 by unlocking your phone’s screen three times each hour, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
Currently the app is only available to Android users in the US. So, if you don’t mind swapping out Mila Kunis for a few ads then grab the app download at the Play link below.

I’ve downloaded this, and it has a lot of potential. The devs said they may increase the 3 cents per hour limit in the future, likely when they have more advertisers. I downloaded it last night, and already have 33 cents, and I estimate I should make ~$80 in a year. Not a whole lot, but pretty cool. Download Locket app here: http://t.co/LwUtIAjWDT
