Windows Phone 101: How to Attach your Location to a Text Message (Video)
Want to quickly let someone know where you are so they can meet you? Windows phone has added the ability to quickly attach a location (either as a link to a map for non-Windows Phone devices or as an actual map for Windows Phone devices) inside a text message. Here’s how to do it.
1. Inside of a text message screen while texting someone, tap the paperclip to attach something.
2. Choose location.
3. This will show a map for Windows Phone 8 users or a link to a map for all other users.
