Foursquare App Re-Released for Windows Phone 7
Many Windows Phone 7 users were let down with the less than user friendly original Foursquare app. The lackluster release left various Mayors unable to verify their credentials and eventually the app was pulled.
Good news for Mayors everywhere as a new version of the app has made its way back, boasting a revamped interface which takes advantage of Microsoft’s panoramic UI.
Additional features include a tap-and-hold check-in, live tile, and a map that shows your friend’s check-ins combined with nearby specials. The app is dubbed Foursquare 2.o and is available now through the Windows Phone Marketplace.
