How To Manage and Kill Running Tasks on a Samsung Android Device
Samsung has put their own little Task Manager on their new Android devices and it makes it quite easy to kill running programs that might be slowing down your phone or even draining your battery. As part of our Android Basic How To’s, we’ll show you how to use it.
1. You can easily access the task manager by holding down the Home button until the pop up appears.
2. Next, select Task Manager underneath the icons of apps that you have recently used.
3. Now, on this screen, you can quickly and easily either kill individual apps, or, better yet, kill them all and start fresh. Doing this periodically, will help keep your phone’s battery life and performance up to par.
