Games make their way on to Google+, Angry Birds and Bejeweled find a new home
This had to happen, if Google were to catch up with Facebook anytime soon, but there is a difference, says Google. The Games, which can be accessed via the “Games” right above the user’s Stream, can be accessed or left alone according to the user’s wishes – in other words, the user will have complete control on what people will see from the games in their Stream. This is a good feature since your mom won’t notice you offing someone for a bounty in Mafia Wars like on Facebook, and everything will be contained within the Games section, with no spillover to your Stream unless you want it to.
The feature is being rolled out to users slowly and the usual suspects like Angry Birds, Bejeweled Blitz, Zynga Poker and Sudoku are all in place currently among lesser known pastimes. We don’t see the tab as yet, but if you guys do, let us know what you think of it below.
