HTC Evo 4G getting a maintenance update over the coming weeks
Bumping the version number up to 4.53.651.1, this update will bring fixes quite a few known bugs on Sprint’s yearling, the HTC Evo 4G. Here’s a quick look at the changes that will matter most for you guys:
Enhancements/Fixes:
- Integrated voice recognition accuracy with voice search and voice-to-text
- Image size issue with contact transfer over bluetooth
- Images cut off in Picasa
- Group contacts not in alphabetical order
- Out of memory, Unable to send SMS
The update is currently rolling out and if you don’t get the notification right off, not to worry as Sprint says it will take one to two weeks for the update to be pushed out completely, so you should be getting it any point during that time.
