Nokia Lumia 710 – 800’s little brother with the same WinPho 7.5 Mango OS
The second Windows Phone smartphone announced by Nokia is the Lumia 710 – a phone similar in features to the Lumia 800 in most aspects. This handset features the same 1.4GHz processor and what looks to be a 5MP camera slapped on the back, and the same touchscreen display measuring at 3.7 inches with ClearBlack technology. The only major difference we see here is the inclusion of physical keys for accessing the Windows Phone 7.5 OS features instead of the touch-sensitive ones on the 800, thus keeping the costs lower than the flagship Lumia 800. The device seems to be aimed at teenagers and the younger crowd, as it features replaceable back covers in colors of white, black, cyan, fuchsia and yellow.
The Nokia Lumia 710 will be arriving before the end of the year at €370 (about $514) and will first be available in Russia, India, Taiwan and Singapore. As for US availability, we’ll just have to wait and see.
